Hear to Serve is a Veteran owned small business focused on the service of Occupational Hearing needs. Mindy Guillory, a former US Navy Nurse Corps Officer, has dedicated years of her life to the American worker. From experiences at NIOSH and the US Military, to major pharmaceutical companies and helping to build an occupational medicine startup, Mindy has devoted much of her career to helping employers support and care for the American workforce.

Mindy launched Hear to Serve out of a clear understanding for the need to help organizations improve education, training, compliance and recordkeeping for occupational audiometry. From certification courses to internal program audits and consultations, Mindy is renowned for her ability to transform regulatory requirements into concise guidelines and best practices that safety professionals and occupational health team members can easily understand and support.

Mindy Guillory is the course director and founder of Hear to Serve. She is a registered nurse and a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist. She has her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health Nursing from the University of North Carolina.

Mindy is passionate about employee health and wellness and has dedicated most of her nursing career to helping employees and employers in all aspects related to occupational health. She and her husband live in Lancaster County PA where they are happily raising their two children.
